Glitching graphics

Hi I just tried playing a game but the graphics are glitching all over te place.

Parts of the wall are flickering and parts become transparant and then flashy for 0.1 second interval.

I am using windows 10 and the SoF community edition, any ideas?

check the Intel video settings.
right click anywhere on background -> intel blablabla -> 3D -> vsync off -> best performance ->
menu could look something like this.

Control Panel -> Power options -> High performance
