Evilan, killstreak 26 and 30 are too high. No one will climb up to that streak ( only me ). make the max killstreak to 20-25 or something.

this is really annoying, due to those excess messages you miss important ones (like flag taken etc.), and since it is ctf who cares about frags anyway.
