I can think of several:

1. Shock is not French but the left guy is clearly a French guy.
2. The left guy should have been Evilan, why else the banana and the wooden leg?

Let's rewrite this in a more understandable mathematical equitation:

Shock = French
X = Banana
Y = Wooden Leg
X + Y = Evilan
Shock > Emirate
Shock = X+Y

So conclusion:
Shock is not a real person but is actually Evilan with an alias who uses Emirate as a puppet to rule the sof league while Shock rules the SOF1 forums. All this with the end goal to rule the SOF1 community.

It explains why Shock hosts this forum for 5 years without EVER playing the game, when in fact he has been playing among us this whole time.

It's a bit like the story of Uchiha Madara and Tobi.
