ok i stay on topic..

appearently i try too fix my problem with uac..
i am killing processes so my cpu can handle uac scanning my processes
but as i was doing that .
i fixed black screens :O i still use full screen mode and my screens are clear.
appearently by killing a process my screens of uac are clear .
i found out wich process it is i think.
think its aero. but not sure
