Hello im looking for à program for make My own crosshairs

I had it but buyed à new pc and cant remember how it was called .

Can somebody upload it or give download link ?

Does anyone find that some of the custom crosshairs are actually off centre?

Yes, you notice it when you zoom in with sniper scope

thats why I do (with sniper) no crosshair
