Post feedback please, I have seen lot of players who have downloaded this new setup :

- Version 2.0 contains "NewPlayer!" in yellow and blue color (ext colors)
- Version 3.0 contains "NewPlayer!" in red and white color (sfl colors)

And I have seen lots of players with the V3.0 tags.
I hope these guys also post their feedback here

//Note: I request players to download from megaupload.com only, with this I can track how many times it got downloaded.
Also the download is very fast since you will be downloading from a premium uploader.

V1.0 is reposted, for archiving purposes. No idea if it could be usefull for anyone, but as I am removing the file from my computer because I nolonger has a use in it, its only logical that I upload it and form a archive.

hmm there should be a release called v3.1, because even though the readme file mentions sof1.org, all shortcuts are directed towards sof1.net .

Even tough I am thinking to aim for a smaller version, the thought that in the future persian's site and soffiles will be down, with the results that lots resources are being destroyed, making my sof setup the only resource left of sof, is holding me from removing all custom non-ctf maps.

Better ask Persian when this sites going to be deleted permanently and maybe ask WaRmongR when soffiles will be erased forever too.
Or you could actually make a site yourself and keep everything there but then you would have to trust yourself not to delete it.

lol what torrent ? I never made a torrent file or place a torrent on torrent websites for V3.0.
Because all shortcuts are reffering to a dead site called sof1.net, I am still looking out for a shortcut link that won't be down in the future, till then no torrents will be made as there wont be a trusted shortcut.

Also I removed V2.0 from all torrentsites, its reasonable if V2.0 will have no seeders or leechers.

For me this sof community project is succesfully ended until sof v3.0 is nolonger upliving to the demands of the community. And I must say v3.0 is a major huge improvement from v2.0.

For the uphold of the downloadlinks: it's shock's responsbility for now and for the rest of the community to keep the access up, I lost mine.

Its not just megaupload guys its the all sites are deleting links and freaking out their closing down alot

Just upload it to rapidshare. It's one of the only hosts that's still around and will stick around.
All the other ones have been taken offline and changed their policy (megaupload, filesonic, fileserve, ...)
