I cheer for Rico, but Badr is a real beast and has more explosive power and balls than Rico. Oldskool vs newskool.... we will see.

Like the age gap doesn't play a role, cheap action from Rico.

It actually shouldn't. Humans reach their fysical peaks around 30 years of age. rico 27, badr 32, shouldn't make that much of a difference. Especially if you treat your body and train like those guys do the difference between 32-27 is insignificant. 30-35 would be a different story though.

What caused that broken/dislocated elbow anyway? Rico's knee?

I bet it happened in the beginning of that brawl. You only see Hari defending with that right arm in that brawl. So it might have happened in the beginning.

Ye exactly, after reading Evilan's post I wanted to reply that men physical ability peaks at around 30 so both are in great times atm, plus it shouldn't matter looking at Hari's record.

They were clinching, Hari tried to defend body with hand against knee but unfortunately got hit so hard in elbow that it broke his forearm

I'm not an expert on kickboxing but I doubt you'll get on that level relying on natural talent...Both fighters train like beasts and that's probably the reason why they're 2 of the best fighters of this era

Natural talent only gets you so far in almost every aspect of life.

In football, Ronaldinho was also a natural. Probably the most talented football player that ever lived. He made Cristiano Ronaldo, Figo, Ronaldo and Zidane look like second rate players. His career at the top level didn't even last like 5 years though due to his terrible work ethic and lifestyle. On the other side you have Cristiano Ronaldo, the most disciplined athlete in the world and has 10+ years of domination to show for it. And his career isn't even over yet.

In basketball, it's pretty much the same. Kobe Bryant was the best player for 10-14 years straight. His training regimen? 700-1000 shots/a day + 4 hours of gyma day before team practice or matches. And that's during the season. You don't want to know about his offseason training.

You don't become a legend on raw talent alone.
