Niko had 55 ping in the other server and that was not fair if we played there that is called fairplay ;).

Doesn't exists. And it would never be implemented. Why should the pro players who pay good money for high-end computers and optic fiber be limited for the poor ? Aint our fault.

He made an patch Minato, a patch that gives a full server with 12-14 players the same pings.
(as the highest in the server)
I wasn't able to test it yet, but Retard and Ctrl knows more about this.

And yes, I've been experimenting with changing player pings. I can't lower it though, so everyone would get about the same ping as the player with the highest ping.
