Walking glitch

Walking glitch

When walking/running I do not go straight as if I'm drunk or something.

I am using a physical CD with the ref_gl.dll fix. I don't think that's relevant but I want to include all info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You mean like through the first steps? I have that too and so I will assume that is normal.

I just signed up to this forum.

I have the same glitch. My character seems to want to walk slightly to the right of where I'm aiming.

Just to make sure. Check your FPS rate with cl_showfps "1". Things start to get weird like you say when the frame rate is getting very high (like 200+) and it keeps getting worse when it gets higher and higher.

If ever it's the case of your FPS being too high. Make sure you have SofPlus installed and use this cvar _sp_cl_frame_delay "7". This will eventually lock your frame rate at 150 so it will be more stable.
