If this is the original version (disc version) you may have deleted the uninstall.exe & its corresponding file.
Back when i used to have to reinstall in the ol' XP days - I wouldn't run the uninstall wizard and delete the directory instead of using add & remove programs - it pretty much fucked up the entire process of reinstalling.

Also meant I'd be reformatting the next day. lol

Any way, to uninstall, use an uninstaller, I use Revo Uninstaller Portable.
Clean Sweap was great but not sure they are still in business.

What OS, Win 10?
What SoF media, Community Edition or original 1.03, Gold or Platinum media?
