Killing_spree dosnt load / Adding custom bots

Hello everyone, got a question for you.
I tried load a server but i cant manage to get the "multikill" "killing_spree" function working (The 5,2,1ms sound are working) etc even with the small tutorial on the log that say you have to remove the (-), I dont know if my sof folder miss some file like "sof_ut.Func or something)
If you guys got any help thanks for it

My other question is: how can i make some colored bot's name? I always wanted make some but i never know how.. Would be great to have some names in memories of players like Carranca or Fabio who passed away and who will still having a place on the game ever.

remove the "-" -> in your servers sofplus/addons folder do you see a file called -spf_sv_ut_mod.func , hopefully the answer is yes and you just have to rename it to spf_sv_ut_mod.func.

@Acadie will know about adding custom bots (can even make them say things / change difficulty)

No i dont have the files .func :/

In ".../bot/bots/" folder, open the "bot personality file" ".bpf" for the bot you want to edit.


First line should be "userinfo=name\Sabre\skin\sabre"
You can change "Sabre" with any color name.

To make your own bots.

Make a ".bpf" like "julien.bpf"
And add "julien" name to the botlist.txt

i can't download the zip from megalag anymore containing all the default .func files (only a patch). but if you have an sofplus server - all the .func files should be in user-server/sofplus/addons and you just remove the "-" at the beginning of the filename to activate them

Yes i had an old dowbload of a .rar soffile of this dowbload. I could share it maybe for people who want take it, but i dont know why it dosnt contain all the files inside. Maybe there had sone issues while i took it?

Here is the original hidebot 1.1

"mapcfgs" and "wpfiles" folders need to be updated.

hidebot.cfg, should be edited,

As in example:
bot_clientstatus 1
Could be added to hidebot.cfg or any mapcfgs.
This will show the bots on the "in-game" scoreboard (when we press Q)

How do u add a Bot, exactly the one i want? I made.many attempts but i cant find how add the one i want

“bot_nameXX botname” where XX is the slot number (2…30) and “botname”
“bot_nameXX ??????” where XX is the slot number of the bot to be removed.

So:
"bot_name2 sabre" will load Sabre

Edit hidebot.cfg (this will load automatically if present)

You can have any ".cfg", but have to load them manually.
just keep using hidebot.cfg

edit number of bots and add lines as needed.
The CVAR list on the Forum has most all "bot_" commands.
