FPS IMPORTANT!! HELPPPP

ok. so i got the 5770 1gb, i had to reinstall windows and reinstalll everything... before with the 5770 i could run games like cod4 +cod1 + css + loads of others with good fps, i reinstalled all, and now i reinstalled the drivers for it, and my fps seems to be SHIT, like literally crap, cod4 = 60? cod1 between 80-125?? where as before on those 2 games i could get 333 on each... with ease...

Any ideas what this could be

OS : win7 32 bit
Ram: 6GB DDR3 Tri-Channel
CPU: AMD Phenom Black edition 3.21GHz
PSU: 950W
GFX: XFX ATI RADEON 5770 1GB

try to change CPU affinity to 1 core

333 fps is not possible in a game, you mean the timerefresh fps that it shows?

if i set that affinity to only one CPU it gets lower,

Ive noticed also that it lowers alot when i bring up things like score menus etc??? so when i tab.... this could be somethign to do with drivers???
