lag on trainingground & nycctf1

Hello

my problem in sof is as stated in the title. Whenever I play (no matter what server) I have huge lag on the maps trainingground and nycctf1. Does anyone know a solution for this?

maybe the light printed near flags makes that

try : gl_dynamic 0

cl_cull 1
gl_cull 1

Only renders the objects visible, worked for me on nyc.
