Even tho i turned mouse accel off in options and set m_cursor_accel to 0 in config, there's still accel in game. I have unchecked box "enhance pointer precision" and I use CPL modified mouse fix. I don't have that problem in any other games except Quake 2 which is the same engine.
Please help me.

I managed to solve this.
Installed MarkC mouse fix, just had to reboot PC. Didn't know about that after i installed CPL fix.
Sorry for rushed topic, however it may be useful for someone.
