The "target_earthquake" missing sound

Because Soldier of Fortune is based on a modified Quake 2 engine. The function was probably an irrelevant feature and also never used in SoF but the entity still exist and functional on its own. By using the developer mode, it was shown that it was linked with a sound file.

Setup: Extract the .zip and put the sound file to user/sound/world/
